This course will provide you with a range of practical skills and knowledge to enable you to work in a variety of computing/IT professions. It provides a broad foundation in website design, website management, systems implementation and networks. Focusing on employability skills within the IT industry you will gain valuable experience working within local companies on a variety of IT projects, while developing the academic skills needed to cope with a rapidly moving environment. The foundation degree provides an excellent stepping stone to allow you to move directly into a career in Computing or to move easily onto a full honours degree programme.
