This programme provides a thorough grounding in economic theory and analysis as well as good knowledge of econometrics and quantitative techniques, alongside the opportunity to pursue interests and to develop expertise in the economics of developing countries as well as the economics of particular regions. The Chinese combined honours degree aims to give a broad understanding of Chinese culture through study of its language, history and literature from earliest times up to the present.
