This course is designed for those who wish to work with children and community members in the Performing Arts. As well as being a performer you will have the chance to consider training and involving children and members of the community in engaging with the Performing Arts as participants and as audience. You will also study education and how the Performing Arts can enhance attainment generally across the curriculum and develop valuable life skills including confidence, team-working and resilience. The course has a strong values focus aiming to equip students to enhance lives through engagement with the arts generally.
