Food with Nutrition at Bath Spa University offers a dynamic programme that fuses academic and vocational learning to equip yourself for employment. The food we eat affects our health: how we feel today, tomorrow and in the future. Throughout this course you’ll explore the complexities of the food chain, including the needs and demands of consumers and the controls that exist to ensure food is nutritious and safe. You’ll graduate with a deep understanding of the impact of food provision and the role nutrition plays on health.
