The field of games studies has grown steadily alongside the development of digital games as a mainstream form of entertainment, and provides exciting prospects for graduates. The course will give you a grounding in the current sociological and ethical issues in gaming, along with the historical context of computer games from a global perspective. A fundamental aim of this course is to develop students who understand the players of games and how to analyse and report on the user experience.
