Lancaster's four-year combined German Studies and Mathematics degree includes a year studying or working in a German speaking country.
You'll spend the third year studying abroad, giving you an intensive exposure to the language as well as the opportunity to experience German culture first hand. The Mathematics side of your degree covers central themes of pure mathematics, including analysis, algebra, number theory and geometry.
