This programme focuses on the effect of food on physiology and metabolism. We are committed to promoting improved diet and health for all members of society. Students on this programme will learn to do this too by understanding and evaluating the socio-economic and behavioural determinants of nutrition-related issues such as obesity. You will study the science of nutrition along with other students in diverse fields such as biomedical, biological and sports science.
