Sheffield is the only major university outside London with expertise in China, Japan and Korea. As well as intensive language training, we offer modules that cover the whole of East Asia, putting Korean issues into regional and global context. We teach Korean from scratch, so you don’t need previous experience. And you will be taught by native speakers in small groups. You spend your second year studying at one of our partner universities in Seoul.
