Through our law programmes you will foster your understanding of the law and the legal system, as well as tackling the fundamental issues of fairness, justice and equality that are at the heart of every society. You will also examine the process by which cases decided by the higher courts and enactments of the Houses of Parliament become ‘the law’, encouraging you to look critically at the law-making process itself.
