You begin one of 14 three-subject pathways before gradually specialising in two subjects in your second and third year and a single subject in the final year. You will study core concepts of each subject alongside an appreciation of how they relate to science overall. Through subject choice and optional modules you pursue a range of topics which match your interests and aptitudes, tailoring your degree to your own strengths and career aspirations. You will enjoy world-class teaching, as our academic staff in the sciences work at the cutting-edge of research and teach in an innovative and engaging manner. You will spend most of your fourth year designing and implementing an independent research project.
