Adult nurses provide compassionate care to adults who experience a range of acute or long-term conditions, promote health and wellbeing and empower individuals to maximise their independence. Nurses are based within multi-disciplinary teams, working alongside individuals, families and other supportive networks to provide collaborative person-centred care. It is essential that you enjoy working and communicating with people of all ages and backgrounds and that you respect people’s rights, beliefs and values.
