Our four-year extended degree is almost identical to the related three-year programme but includes a foundation year and has a lower entry requirement.
The foundation year is designed to give you the academic knowledge and skills required to succeed at degree level. It includes a thorough introduction to public health and explores ethics, enterprise and leadership. It will also give you the ability to manage your studies independently and will develop your essential academic writing, computing and communication skills.
