The Zoology MBiol degree is a flexible, integrated Masters course which allows you to combine a balanced understanding of the key concepts in animal evolution and behaviour, taxonomy and physiology, with a deeper understanding of aspects of the discipline that interest you most. A significant element of the course is the Masters level project that provides the opportunity to pursue and extended piece of original research, independently or in cooperation with an external organisation. Opportunities for field-based study and research are another key feature of the programme: currently we offer opportunities for fieldwork in Portugal, Tanzania and Kenya as well as in the UK.
