Throughout the course you will develop your culinary skills to an advanced level and provide the knowledge you will need for a supervisory role. In the second year you will combine culinary expertise and managerial skills. The course contains practical and theory units which also cover event organisation. Experience in the hospitality industry is an integral part of the course and you will work towards the Industrial Experience unit. During your study of this HND you may be given the opportunity to participate in a
one week placement at a Michelin star restaurant.
